Summer Reading - 2022

Our summer reading program was a great success. Rita James, staff member and a retired elementary school teacher and librarian, planned this program, making it fun and educational for the children. We had good attendance at all of the Saturday sessions. The children received points for tickets when completing different assignments which involved reading. On the last day, tickets were totaled and the children entered their tickets in drawings. We had some great prizes. The nine children who turned in their cards read a total of 12,240 minutes (204 hours) over a five week period.

A special Thank You to our sponsors for their generous prize donations for the children.
