CIRCULATION POLICY

The Spicewood Community Library has been open for over a year.  For the first year, the fines for overdue books were waived.  This changed in September.  Beginning September 1, 2008, fines will apply for overdue items .  These fines will need to be cleared before other material is checked out.  If you have overdue items, please make sure they are returned or renewed before they become overdue.  Please get those overdue books back in!  We would all appreciate it.

Up to 10 items may be checked out  per card at any time.  Items are checked out for 3 weeks with one renewal possible.

Overdue items are charged $0.10 per overdue day.  When a patron has fines assessed against them, the outstanding fines must be cleared before checking out additional items.
